The hotel is in a prime location, very close to shops, restaurants, and the docks. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with full facilities and air conditioning. This hotel was a hidden gem! While the rooms were spacious and modern, with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent. The service was friendly and efficient, although room service could use some improvement. Its location was a definite winner, being smack in the center of Liverpool, close to most of the bars and the lively city center. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited halal products available, but the facilities were top-notch, catering to all my needs.
