This hotel was a hidden gem! While the rooms were spacious and modern, with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent. The service was friendly and efficient, although room service could use some improvement. Its location was a definite winner, being smack in the center of Liverpool, close to most of the bars and the lively city center.
